International Day at Skip Hop!

Today was International Day at Skip Hop! All of the Skip Hopper's celebrated Springtime with a little pot luck fest! The food was so good, we're considering opening up a Skip Hop catering service! Sweet Plantain Pie, Roti, Arroz con Guandules, Bulgoghi, Quinoa Tabouli, Kielbasa, Potato Pancakes, Irish Soda Bread, Curry Chicken, Pernil, Guacamole, Bagels with Lox, Cheesecake, Brownies, Rice Krispie Treats and more!!!

Needless to say, we are all nice and full and will be taking home doggie bags for dinner!
