I make bentos everyday not just thinking about grains, protein, veggies, etc. - I like using COLOR to make lunchboxes interesting and fun. Carrots next to goldfish cracks appear blah, but purple potatoes nestled against cherry tomatoes look cheerful and yummy!

This is a great way to monitor the eating habits of your student. You cannot monitor what they eat when they are in school, so might as well build them a lunch box that's good and healthy.
